On today’s How To Wednesday, I want to share 3 things that will teach you how to stand out from other reps in your mlm business. Let’s face it if you’re in a mlm business with all things being equal what separates your from others building the same business?
Have you ever stopped for a second to really give this question some serious thought? I mean aside from the product, service, and opportunity, what makes you any different from other distributors representing the same company, and sharing the same branded message?
Today in an overcrowded marketplace where people are bombarded with marketing messages daily, a lot of distributors in network marketing use the path of least resistance to build their mlm business and wonder why they fail to get the results they want out of their business.
What I mean by path of least resistance, is using marketing methods such as Facebook posts for instance, to tell their company product and opportunity stories without engaging any active prospects on their active candidate list. This is a passive marketing strategy that seldom works, and isn’t very duplicatable!
3 Things You Can Do Today To Standout From Other Reps In Your MLM Business!
1. Lead With Value! What challenge does your product, service, and opportunity solve? Find ways to communicate that value to your target audience through content. Content meaning valuable articles, videos, and other information that may be useful to providing solutions to your prospect’s challenges.
This positions you as a subject matter expert and makes you much more attractive in the eyes of your prospects. Most distributors don’t provide any value!
2. Build Genuine Relationships! The average person needs to be exposed to information 5-7 times before they can make an educated buying decision. Building new and existing relationships must be a priority to you if you plan on having long lasting success in mlm. Most distributors don’t have the discipline to do this!
If you previously shared the opportunity with a prospect, and they decided to join under someone else in the business, most times its because the more skilled distributor took time to build rapport, trust, create value, and continued following up until the prospect was ready to take action.
3. Create Massive Exposure! This is where the rubber meets the road and what separates those who are serious about creating network marketing success, from those who dink around and take the path of least resistance. Money follows speed, and consistency in creating exposures will pay off in your favor over time.
The one who exposes the most wins, and reps who expose the most, will eventually have people reaching out to them, to sign up in their business! What a good problem to have!
