Paycation Travel Vice President of Marketing & 1 Star Presidential Diamond Donald Bradley terminated from Paycation? Is It True???
Over the last few days, there has been a lot of buzz on social media concerning Paycation Vice President of Marketing & #1 Income Earner Donald Bradley.
Numerous posts have been circulating on Facebook talking about his recent resignation and possible termination from Paycation and Xtreme Travel.
So Why Would The Top Income Earner Leave Paycation Travel?
While there’s still lots of speculation regarding the reason Mr. Bradley left, a few other Paycation Top Earners have recently resigned too.
Regional Diamond Ann Jones as of October 24th resigned her position stating that her reasons for leaving Paycation included unpaid travel commissions, raised prices, and reduced services.
Another Paycation rep mentioned, “that he and his business partner didn’t like the direction that the travel company was headed.”
In the midst, of Donald Bradley’s termination it should come as no surprise that Mr. Bradley has moved on to become the founder of his own network marketing travel company PlanNet Marketing. As of this article, PlanNet Marketing just launched and has already sponsored its first 1000 reps in its first 24hrs!
So What’s Next For Paycation Travel Reps?
For most it will be business as usual and for others it will be a struggle to decide what’s the best travel vehicle to help accomplish their dreams, goals, and aspirations, now that Mr. Bradley is no longer with the company.
Donald Bradley helped pioneer Paycation Travel by building a massive organization of over 35,000+ representatives, and helping several thousand people across the country become financially free.
So when it comes to loyalty it’s without a doubt that many people will decide to part ways with Paycation to partner with Mr. Bradley and PlanNet Marketing.
What Lessons Can You Learn From This Paycation Termination?
In network marketing it’s easy to get emotionally attached to top income earners in the company that your represent.
However when a top leader decides to make a move to another company, you must step back and decide whether making the same move will be beneficial to your business, and organization in the long run.
Leaders come and go in network marketing I call it the 33% Rule. 33% are joining a company, 33% are staying with a company, and 33% are leaving a company.
Just because a top leader leaves your company, doesn’t mean that you won’t have the support needed to create the results you want if you’re really serious about creating success in your MLM.
The faster you realize that network marketing is like any other industry where change is constant, the easier it will be accept when leaders you admire and look up to leave to pursue a new venture.
